Data controller

Camogest Italia S.r.l., registered office Via delle Industrie 19/b, 30175 Venezia (VE), VAT no. and tax code 04631660273, operates Hotel Antica Jesolo (Piazza 1° Maggio 3-4, 30016 Jesolo, VE) and is the controller of the data collected through this site. Data we collect

Browsing data: IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type, recorded by the server that hosts the site. Data you enter in the contact form (name, stay dates, message): the form does not store it on the site, but composes a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp. Booking data: you enter it directly on the Myguestcare booking site, not on this one.

Purposes and legal bases

To keep the site working and secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To answer your requests and follow up on a booking (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b)). To meet the legal obligations of accommodation providers (Art. 6(1)(c)). We do no profiling or automated decision-making and we do not sell your data. Providing data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers acting on our behalf or on yours: the site's hosting provider (IONOS); WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to send us the message and under their policy, which may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union; Myguestcare, the provider of the online booking system: the data you enter on its site is handled under the notice you find there, which names Camogest Italia S.r.l. as controller. Authorities may also receive data when the law requires us to disclose it. Transfers of data outside the EU, when they take place through WhatsApp, are subject to the safeguards described in its privacy policy (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Retention

Messages received via WhatsApp are kept for 12 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise or a legal claim has to be defended. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a maximum of 8 weeks.

Cookies and external links

The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies. It stores only your chosen language in your browser (a technical item that needs no consent). The site links to third-party services: Myguestcare (bookings), WhatsApp, Google Maps and Booking.com (reviews), and to the photo sources (Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash). When you open them you leave our site and their own policies and cookies apply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to hotel.antica.jesolo@gmail.com · PEC: magnumitaliasrl@pec.buffetti.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante, or with your local authority. If any processing were based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
